My work includes a notification module supporting 15,000 simultaneously connected client machines, consolidating site-specific codebases so an application could roll out to a third site, and test software for custom boards and PLCs.

  • Built an add-on notification delivery module and improved its performance to support 15,000 simultaneously connected client machines, including IIS tuning and database query optimization.
  • Build Angular and .NET applications with spreadsheet imports, row-level validation, user roles, and calculation-heavy workflows.
  • Implement database migrations and automated tests for calculations, services, and error cases, with manual test plans for complete user workflows.
  • Designed a reusable, hardware-agnostic Modbus communication layer for a test platform working with custom boards, PLCs, and simulated test values.
  • Built headless Raspberry Pi systems for physical devices, with Linux services, GPIO interrupts, and wireless communication for Android clients and display hardware.
  • Develop PLC logic and operator interfaces using Studio 5000, PlantPAx, and FactoryTalk View ME, with Logix Echo for simulation; the project is in development.
